Artist Kameron Messmer is creating an immersive art installation complete with a flurry of snow balloons and photo wall.
Portland Playhouse is hosting “Snow Much Joy” during their run of Christmas Carol. Patrons will be checked for vaccination and temperature before immersing themselves in a winter wonderland make of balloons and light.
